A colonic session is a comfortable experience for many people.
The techniques utilized allow a small amount of water to flow into the colon gently stimulating the colon’s natural peristaltic action to release softened waste. The inflow of water and the release of waste may be repeated many times. During the session, most upper clothing can be kept on – You will be draped to always ensure your modesty. Your dignity is always maintained.
Of course, the number of sessions desired will depend on the individual and/or Physician requirements. Many Physicians, such as Dr. Kellogg, Dr. Wiltsie, Dr. Waddington, and others suggest twelve sessions over a ten week period, two **back-to-back, first week, two back-to-back second week and one a week for eight weeks.

What To Expect
Modern Colon Hydrotherapy Systems, such as “The LIBBE” are manufactured through compliance with strict FDA guidelines that dictate rigorous accountability. FDA registered colonic system all feature temperature controlled water-mixing and back flow prevention valves, pressure and temperature sensors, water purification, and disinfecting standards. Disposable ‘single-use’ colon cleansing nozzles are provided for each client/patient.
Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Systems must meet strict standards through the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and International Health Laws. Manufacturers are regularly inspected and must continually meet safety, sanitation and environmental requirements.
Be sure when you visit any Center that they are using FDA systems and disposable colon cleansing nozzles.

Colon Hydrotherapy is referred to as Colonics or colon irrigation. These are names for hydrotherapy which uses water for inner cleansing. Colon Hydrotherapy is clean and comfortable treatment.
A soothing flow of purified warm water is instilled gently into the colon through a disposable colon cleansing nozzle, (“size-of-a-pencil”). The small nozzle is easily inserted to cleanse (evacuate) the contents of your lower colon.
Your dignity is always maintained! The system is designed to allow evacuation of the contents of the colon during the administration of colon hydrotherapy.
Professional Colon Hydrotherapy Devices have systems, that the pressure, temperature, and flow of water, are all safely regulated throughout the session. The water is purified with an Ultra Violet Water Purification System. The LIBBE Device is comfortable and may be operated in privacy for those who prefer solitude.
There is no odor! Odor is whisked away thru the sewer drain pipe.
Used as a non-laxative preparation for colonoscopy or when medically indicated.
The Client undresses from the waist down and is properly draped during session. A small colon cleansing nozzle is gently and easily inserted in privacy. Colon cleansing nozzles are the ‘size of a pencil’, single use, and disposed of after use
Water flows through a Carbon Filter which removes any sediment, rust, or chlorine. The water is purified by an Ultra Violet Purification System, before it passes through the colon cleansing nozzle. Water flows gently into the rectum and waste releases naturally.
A gentle slow rate of UV purified-temperature safe water is fed from the gravity-fed Column. Less than TEN gallons of water may be used during the session at a safe temperature of 98 F. to 102 F. (36.8ºC to 38.ºC) (Water temperature is safely controlled and adjusted). An Odor Exhaust System insures that the session room and entire center remains odor free.
LIBBE base (table) has over three feet of clear viewing tube, which allows the client and the therapist to easily view (without any odor) the waste during releases.
A rinsing sprayer is used to rinse yourself after the session. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes. Modesty is protected at all times.
A trained colon hydro therapist is always nearby to monitor and provide client assistance and comfort as needed.
After each session the LIBBE is easily and safely disinfected.
