All Things Beautiful owner Tamara Purnell  is a Certified Cosmetic Enhancement Esthetician and I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist. A graduate of Academy of Cosmetic Arts and Science in Boca Raton, Florida as a Certified Permanent Make-Up Artist; National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona as a Certified Laser Technician; Mequon-Thiensville School of Esthetics in Mequon, Wisconsin as a Licensed Esthetician, American Institute of Education in Tustin, California as a Licensed Electrologist and a certificate from Institute Of Beauty And Wellness in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a Make-Up Artist. Tamara continuously attends workshops, seminars and certification classes to stay current with the most advanced techniques in this ever changing and evolving industry of esthetics.
